There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Wilson: Page 3, lines 4 - 5: Delete "and submit the name of the person to the legislature for confirmation" Page 3, line 7: Delete "earlier of the" Page 3, lines 7 - 8: Delete "or the failure of the legislature to confirm the person under AS 39.05.080" Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
